Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I-III; 2.Age >=18 years, no gender restrictions; 3.Adult patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy; 4.Consent to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary function FEV1 < 70% of predicted value; 2.Percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) < 90% before opening the pleura; 3.Preoperative CT indicating anatomical variations of the trachea, main airway tumors, pulmonary bullae, or atelectasis; 4.Preoperative localization and puncture of pulmonary nodules; 5.History of previous thoracic surgery; 6.Severe arrhythmia; 7.Use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI); 8.Significant intraoperative pleural adhesions (Note: Adhesion area exceeding a single lung lobe or cumulative adhesion area reaching 30% or more of the lung surface area); 9.Patients who received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 10.History of tuberculosis or tuberculous pleuritis.
