Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 6-18 years old; 2.Children undergoing scheduled colonoscopy examination; 3.Able to complete designated intestinal preparation methods; 4.Can obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with allergies to polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder; 2.Children with the following diseases: history of gastrointestinal surgery, history of gastrointestinal diversion surgery, children with malignant tumors, children with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, congestive heart failure, severe renal failure, severe acute colitis, severe dehydration or electrolyte disorder, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease; 3.Individuals who take oral antibiotics and probiotics within one month; 4.Children and parents who refuse to cooperate without obtaining informed consent.
