Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Schools: Public middle schools (junior high, senior high, or vocational high schools);Schools with an active demand for promoting mental health;The school should have at least five classes per grade level;Approval from the school leadership to participate. 2.Teachers:Psychological counselors and teachers who are more concerned with students' mental health (head teachers or subject teachers);Willing to participate in various training activities of this study. 3.Students:The classes where the teachers participating in the training are located.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Students: Substance users and users of psychoactive substances; Individuals with intellectual disabilities.;Individuals exhibiting psychotic symptoms. 2.Teachers: Less than or equal to 5 years away from the legal retirement age. 3.Classes: Graduation grade.
