Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)60 years old <= age < 80 years old; 2)Older adults diagnosed with mild hearing loss according to the Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Intervention of Hearing Loss in Older Adults (2019) 3)Able to communicate simply; Volunteer and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Elderly people with severe primary diseases and cognitive disorders such as digestive system, urinary system, endocrine system and hematopoietic system cannot communicate normally; 2) History of diseases affecting hearing, exposure history and medication history (such as acoustic neuroma, Meniere's disease, congenital deafness, exposure to strong noise and use of ototoxic drugs, etc.) and history of head and neck trauma surgery; 3) Those with obvious lesions such as tympanic membrane and external auditory canal found through otoscopy; 4) Ask about the history of heat allergy and temperature insensitivity.
