Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the department of geriatrics inpatient and outpatient treatment, aged 18-90 years, willing to accept follow-up and observation, clear understanding, voluntary participation in the study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic bedridden, inability to self-express, severe motor dysfunction, advanced malignancy, arrhythmias (sick sinus syndrome, high atrioventricular block, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, and other malignant or potentially malignant arrhythmias), severe valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, acute cardio-cerebrovascular disease (acute stroke and coronary heart disease events, etc.), large aneurysm or dissection Patients with pulse tumors, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty or cardiac surgery, severe liver disease or hepatic insufficiency (ALT/AST or TBIL>2 times the upper limit of normal reference value), electrolyte disorders, pregnant and lactating women, a history of surgery or trauma within 1 month, and inappropriate or unable to measure carotid and femoral pulse wave data due to surgical trauma or lower limb ulcers.
