Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Successful coronary angiography +/- interventional therapy through the right radial artery approach; 3. Radial artery B-ultrasonography indicated radial artery occlusion; 4. The patient was informed of the project content and agreed to be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other complications associated with radial artery puncture (including forearm hematoma, pseudoaneurysm, etc.) ; 2. Current anticoagulation for other indication; 3. Patients with high blood risk (any of the following conditions: CRUSADE score is high risk; History of gastrointestinal bleeding within 1 month; Previous history of hemorrhagic stroke or ischemic stroke within 3 months; Hemoglobin <100 g/L or platelet count <50 x 10^9/L) ; 4. Hemo-dynamic instability; 5. Patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR<30mL/min); 6. Patients with hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade B or C) ; 7. Patients with allergic reaction to rivaroxaban.
