Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as chemotherapy patients with initial treatment of blood diseases; Expected survival >=2 months; 2. For patients undergoing PICC catheterization for the first time, use high-pressure resistant single cavity or double cavity catheter; 3. Patient >= 18 years old, gender unlimited, clear mind; 4. Ratio of outer diameter of catheter to inner diameter of catheter vein<=45%; 5. The patient is willing and able to sign the informed consent; 6. Catheter tips were all located at the lower 1/3 of superior vena cava or at the junction of right atrium and superior vena cava;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorders; 2. Diagnosis of superior vena cava compression syndrome; Avoid the affected limb; 3. Patients with PICC catheterization through special pathways, such as catheterization of great saphenous vein and external jugular vein; 4. The patient is mentally incapable or unable to understand the requirements for participating in the study; 5. Failure to comply with follow-up visits; 6. History of DVT and hypercoagulability;
