Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Before the age of 8, breast development occurred, and the time of breast development was less than 3 months. 2. Age 6~8 years old. 3. According to Tanner's staging standard, the breast development was B2 or B3. 4. No menarche; 5. Accepting triptorelin provocation test; 6. Signed informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The organic diseases that can affect the function of HPGA include pituitary tumors and ovarian cysts. 2. Before seeing a doctor, take drugs that may affect HPGA, such as taking traditional Chinese medicine within one month. 3. Obesity caused by endocrine and genetic metabolic diseases; 4. With chronic diseases of liver, kidney, thyroid or other systems. 5. The BMI is lower than the 5th percentile of BMI of girls of the same age; 6. The researcher believes that there are any other factors that are not suitable for selection or affect the participation and completion of this study.
