Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children postoperative period of congenital heart disease with corrective surgery(include physiological corrective surgery, eg: Fontan physiology); 2. Chest circumference>=36cm; 3.Predicting mechanical ventilation time>=48hr; 4.Recovery of spontaneous breathing within 3 hours posteroperatively; 5.Free of excessive blood loss( chest drainage <=3ml/kg/hg within the first 3 hours after the surgery); 6.Parents signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Predicting mechanical ventilation time<48hr; 2. Children underwent palliative surgery; 3. Chest circumference<36cm; 4. Severe hemodanamically unstable with/or requiring ECMO support; 5. Children with delayed chest closure; 6. Failure to recover spontaneous breathing within 3 hours posteroperatively; 7. Parents denied this study; 8. Untreated plerual effusion or pneumothorax.
