Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy at Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University had no contraindications to surgical anesthesia. ASA class I-III, age 18-80 years. Patients and their families signed the informed consent form, were able to understand and cooperate with the VAS score, and had good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refuses to sign informed consent. Coagulopathy. Neuropathy. Allergy to local anesthetic drugs. Infection at the puncture site. Severe cardiopulmonary liver and kidney function diseases. Mental illness. History of substance abuse. History of acute or chronic pain.
