Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic renal failure according to the "Clinical Practice Guideline for Chronic Kidney Disease" and rely on hemodialysis for life maintenance; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Undergoing regular hemodialysis 2-3 times per week for a duration of >= 3 months; Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers: 1. Individuals who undertake the primary caregiving role or spend the most time on caregiving without receiving any remuneration; 2. Age >= 18 years, with a caregiving duration of >= 3 months; 3. Living with the patient and designated by the patient as the primary decision-maker for their treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Patients: 1. Patients with acute renal failure; 2. Those with severe organ dysfunction or concurrent malignant tumors; 3. Individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders or those taking antidepressant medications for a prolonged period; 4. Those with severe visual, auditory impairments, or communication barriers; Exclusion Criteria for Caregivers: 1. Caregivers who are employed in a paid position; 2. Those with other severe diseases or organ insufficiency; 3. Individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders or those taking antidepressant medications for a prolonged period; 4. Those with severe visual, auditory impairments, or communication barriers.
