Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-14 years (including 6 and 14 years); Well general condition ; Be able to follow up regularly as required; In mixed dentition stage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have systemic diseases other than the liver; Long-term use of drugs other than immunosuppressants; Have a history of orthodontic treatment; Parents or family history of enamel hypoplasia; History of deciduous tooth trauma and severe periapical infection; Diseases that cause high fever in infancy, such as pneumonia, diphtheria, scarlet fever, etc.; Vitamin A/D systemic nutritional deficiency, severe calcium deficiency; Grows in high fluorine area; History of craniomaxillofacial trauma.
