Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. One of the couples was diagnosed with colorectal cancer (any diagnosed) by pathological diagnosis,and the spousal caregivers were the main caregiver of the patient; 2. Neither patient nor spousal caregiver have a verbal communication disorder and cognitive impairment (such as bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, etc.), and can communicate normally; 3. The couples have the capacity for civil conduct; 4. Both partners of the couple have basic reading, understanding and writing skills, and can cooperate with the teaching of the intervention content; 5. At least one of the spouses has a mobile phone, and can use the mobile phone to answer or chat on Wechat; 6. Both partners of the couple are aware of the illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The spouse was not the primary informal caregiver of the patient; 2. Spousal caregivers have serious physical or psychological diseases, such as severe depression; 3. One of the partner is unable or unwilling to participate.
