Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study intends to include the diabetic population and high-risk groups who are outpatient and inpatient in our hospital, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Zhejiang University, the Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou, the Women and Children's Hospital of Ningbo University, and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2024 to December 2025. 1. Inclusion Criteria for Diabetes Group: (All of the following items must be met) (1) Children with a new diagnosis of T1D (2) Children with a new diagnosis of T1D and their first-degree relatives. 2. Inclusion criteria for non-diabetic control population: children and their first-degree relatives, including blood glucose, insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators within the normal range. 3. Inclusion criteria for the biochemical analysis group: (1) patients diagnosed with T1D (2) high-risk groups in children, including: grade 1 relatives with a history of diabetes, the general population with both genetic high-risk factors and environmental high-risk factors screened by high-risk factor scores in the diabetes control study (3) people who have tested positive for antibodies but have normal blood glucose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for non-diabetic control populations (any of the following items can be excluded): any patients with abnormal blood glucose or a history of autoimmune disease. 2. Biochemical analysis group exclusion criteria (any of the following items can be excluded): have other chronic diseases or birth defects, are unable to have long-term follow-up or are using treatments that may affect blood glucose (such as steroids)..
