18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients diagnosed with decompensated cirrhosis in the Department of Gastroenterology and Department of Infection of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College, with informed consent, aged 18-80 years old and clear consciousness, can cooperate with 2D-SWE ultrasound examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After TIPS, patients with liver tumors, pregnant women, patients with unqualified 2D-SWE images, patients who were lost during follow-up or underwent liver transplantation, and patients after splenectomy.
