Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria -1- Introduction of Intervention period (all items below must be met) (1) Children and adolescents aged 8-18 years who were clinically obese (2) The body mass index (BMI) was higher than the 95th percentile of the corresponding age level Inclusion criteria -2- Follow-up intervention period: Weight loss of at least 5% (BMI reduction >=5%) during the 21-day intervention
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (excluded if any of the following items are met) (1) Children with T1D, severe abnormality of heart, lung, liver and kidney function (2) Children with low willingness to voluntarily cooperate with closed training camp management (3) Children with serious psychological disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.) (4) If there are children who are not suitable for short-term high-intensity intensive training outside the above exclusion indicators (such as musculoskeletal abnormalities, acute stage of infection, etc.) during the on-site physical examination, the expert group will discuss whether to exclude the case. (5) Excluded contents of other studies: use of weight-loss drugs, underwent weight-loss surgery, or changed the dose of drugs for lipid metabolism and hypertension within 3 months
