The control group:Routine pain training and institutional management were given
Intervention group:On the basis of routine pain training and system management, an intervention program based on Precede-Proceed model was implemented for 6 months

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain a nursing practice qualification certificate 2. Clinical work time greater than 1 year 3. Currently responsible nurses in clinical nursing 4. Voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria: 1. Full time specialized nurse
