Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and <= 70 years, male or female; 2. complete imaging within the last year and in a stable disease stage; 3. Have not participated in professional rehabilitation or sports training in the last 6 months; 4. complete biochemical testing within the last 3 months; 5. all are able to participate in and complete CPET; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with chest pain due to acute coronary symptoms or other congenital diseases of the heart, valvular disease, and severe neurosis; 2. patients with acute cerebral infarction; 3. patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. patients with combined heart, brain, liver, kidney, haematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 5. patients with hypertension with poor blood pressure control (>160/90 mmHg), severe arrhythmia, complete left bundle branch block; 6. those who have had an acute myocardial infarction or undergone recoronary revascularisation within 1 month; 7. those who have had an acute infection within the last 2 weeks; 8. those who are unable to perform cardiopulmonary exercise test due to limb function or other physical dysfunction.
