20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Histopathological examination confirms primary gastric adenocarcinoma; (2) Between 20 and 75 years old; (3) Preoperative MDT evaluation is clinical radical resection and does not require emergency surgery; (4) Preoperative CT evaluation is a locally advanced patient, cT3-4NxM0 or cTxN1-3M0; imaging cT3-4 is manifested as tumor invading the plasma layer, invading the serous membrane layer or involving adjacent organs or tissues; imaging cN1-3 is manifested as perigastric lymph node enlargement, the morphology is silky, cystic, peripheral high-density center low-density, relatively high-density and mottled. (5) The preoperative foundation is in good condition and can withstand major surgery, and the preoperative ASA score is ?3 points; (6) Willing to participate in this research with informed consent; (7) Eastern Tumor Collaborative Group (ECOG) Physical Condition Score (PS) 0 to 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of other tumors in the past or at the same time; (2) Patients with residual gastric cancer or residual gastric recurrence; (3) After multidisciplinary discussion, a new adjuvant chemotherapy is proposed; (4) Combined with distant metastasis (such as liver, lung, extra-regional lymph node metastasis, peritoneal implantation) or positive peritoneal lavage cytological test; (5) Preoperative imaging evaluates patients with enlarged lymph nodes near the hepatic and duodenal ligament; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) The patient refuses to participate in this study.
