Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy College Students: Freshmen aged 18-24. Subthreshold depressed college students were excluded from subjects with anxiety and a risk of suicide using the Central Depression Self Rating Scale (CES-D), Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Suicidal Disposition Scale (ASTS). Subjects with depression were initially screened and interviewed by two psychological counselors for 20-30 minutes each. Hamilton Scale (HAMD) was used for self-assessment, and the Subthreshold Depression Scale (STDS) was used for correction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with depressive disorder or other serious mental illness. 2. Have used antibiotics or other drugs that may significantly affect intestinal flora in the past six months, excluding non-drug health products and foods, such as yogurt, red bull, etc. 3. Have severe digestive system, respiratory system, circulatory system or immune system diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic bronchitis, etc. 4. Suffering from serious physical illness or disability that affects normal movement ability.
