Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years old 2) Have the following suspected clinical symptoms of tuberculosis: cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss, chest pain, coughing up blood, blood in sputum, etc.; 3) Imaging findings of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis symptoms: cavities, plaques, nodules and cord shadows 4) The main complaint of the patient was "no sputum" and "little sputum", and the source could be traced in the medical record; Or patients who are not present in the case, but need to use induced sputum or alveolar lavage fluid for etiological testing due to the inability to obtain qualified sputum specimens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating patients 2) Hematogenous disseminated tuberculosis, meningeal or central nervous system tuberculosis, or extrapulmonary tuberculosis with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection 3) The basic information of the sample is incomplete and cannot be traced; 4) Improper collection, storage or transportation of samples can not be used for testing; 5) Samples from retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients; 6) A single sputum collection volume >= 1 mL; 7) Unwillingness or inability to provide informed consent 8) Tongue swab samples considered by the investigator to be excluded
