Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stay in the NICU > 48 hours 2. Fever: Body temperature higher than 38.3°C in at least 1 measurement in 2 consecutive days 3. Patients with no obvious downward trend in body temperature within 24 hours after conventional physical cooling and general antipyretic drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Length of stay in the NICU<=48 hours 2. Fever has definite infectious factors 3. There are other non-central causes of fever, such as venous thromboembolism, blood transfusion reaction, etc 4. Fever only within 1 day
