18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA class i~iii; 3. patients undergoing elective knee arthroplasty; 4. preoperative anxiety (SAS score greater than 50); 5. voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative arrhythmia (bradycardia, atrioventricular block, etc.); 2. there are damages, redness, swelling, infection, etc. on the skin at the vagus nerve site of ear electrical stimulation; 3. those suffering from infectious diseases, malignant tumors, serious hematopoietic system diseases and those with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; 4. patients with mental illness or preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 5. patients who take psychotropic drugs or opioids for a long time.
