Interventions

Low-dose group:Nalbuphine bolus 0.1mg/kg, maintenance 50µg/kg/h
Medium-dose group:Nalbuphine bolus 0.1mg/kg, maintenance 60µg/kg/h
High-dose group:Nalbuphine bolus 0.1mg/kg, maintenance 70µg/kg/h

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 or below 65 years old; 2. Critical Pain Observation Tool (CPOT) score>=3; 3. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) stay for 48 hours or longer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute Physiologic Chronic Health Evaluation II ( APACHE II) score >=23; 2. Acute Gastrointestinal Injury (AGI Grade) >=3; 3. Severe hepatic dyfunction (Child-Pugh class C); 4. Pregnant women, children (= 65 years old); 5. History of continous treatment with hypnotics or analgesics for more than 3 months; 6. Allergy or severe adverse reactions related to nalbuphine; 7. Refusal of signing informed consent.
