Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients eligible for inclusion in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. The patient is willing to receive palliative care services from a hospice; 2. The patient is aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 3. The patient has been histologically or pathologically confirmed to have advanced cancer and has abandoned active anti-tumor treatment; 4. The patient has an expected survival time of >12 weeks and is capable of normal communication; 5. Before enrollment, the patient or their family member has been informed and has signed the consent form. The participant voluntarily joins this study, has good compliance, and is willing to cooperate with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following conditions are not eligible for inclusion in this study: 1.The patient or their caregiver has impaired consciousness or a mental disorder; 2. The patient has unstable vital signs.
