Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is 12 years old (inclusive) to 18 years old (exclusive); 2. The patient and at least one family caregiver can attend at least one offline face-to-face psychological service at the hospital where the program is located (Beijing); 3. According to the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale, the patient meets any of the following criteria: has had one or more suicide attempts within the past 90 days; has a history of suicidal behavior, and selected 'yes' for items 4 to 5 of the 'strongest suicidal ideation in the past 30 days'; 4. The patient has any emotional disorder (e.g. depressive disorders, bipolar and related disorders, anxiety disorders) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5); 5. The patient has received psychiatric or psychological treatment (e.g., outpatient service, inpatient service, psychiatric medications); 6. The nominated family caregiver (at least one) must be an adult and a relative by blood or marriage within three generations who has assumed responsibility for the patient's care within the past three months and will assume responsibility for the patient's care within the next three months; 7. The patient and the family caregiver can communicate in Putonghua; 8. The patient himself/herself and at least one guardian are capable of giving informed consent for the participation of the patient himself/herself and his/her nominated family caregiver in this study; 9. The interview participants agreed to an audio recording of the service and follow-up; 10. The family caregiver provides a valid telephone or cell phone number, and access to the Internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a strong urge to implement a suicide plan in the near future, i.e., 'Yes' for item 5 of 'Suicidal Ideation' on the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale, and the planned suicide method is fatal and will lead to medical treatment or death, but is not currently receiving psychiatric hospitalization; 2. Current or previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, neurodevelopmental disorder; 3. Current significant manic symptoms, aggressive behavior, impulsivity, excitement, or uncooperation; 4. Current visual or hearing impairment, pregnancy, severe medical illness (e.g., head injury, neurological disease, tumor, epilepsy), severe medication side effects, or life-threatening severe anorexia disorder; 5. Received or are receiving 3 or more consecutive sessions of dialectical behavior therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy; 6. Participating in other clinical trials.
