Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 6-12 years old; Cycloplegic refraction spherical equivalent: -1.00 to -5.00D, astigmatism = 0.8; The participants and their parents or legal guardians have signed the informed consent form and are willing to accept randomization and regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other ocular or systemic diseases, in addition to myopia and intermittent exotropia; Previous use of other myopia control measures, including low-concentration atropine eye drops, orthokeratology lenses, multifocal soft contact lenses, progressive multifocal lenses, and repeated low-level red-light therapy; Previous strabismus treatment, including over-correction with minus lenses, botulinum toxin injection, and strabismus surgery; History of intraocular surgery; Allergic to cycloplegic agents; Down syndrome or significant developmental delay preventing cooperation during the examination; Birth gestational age <34 weeks or birth weight <1500 grams; Participation in other clinical studies.
