18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years; Male or female 2. Patients who have undergone gastroscopy within 3 months before inclusion, and the histological atrophy and colonization grade of chronic gastritis pathological diagnosis reach moderate to severe with or without low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 3. Patients who have undergone gastroscopy within 3 months before inclusion, and the OLGA (atrophy grading and staging criteria for chronic gastritis) or OLGIM (intestinal grading and staging criteria for chronic gastritis) staging criteria reach moderate to severe; 4. Helicobacter pylori negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Previous history of gastrointestinal malignancy or gastrointestinal surgery; 3.Malignant tumors of other organs, coagulation disorders, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, hepatic and renal insufficiency, etc. 4.Those unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form.

Eradication and remission rates after radiofrequency ablation therapy in study participants with moderate to severe gastric atrophic enterosis with or without low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia;

MeasureTime frame
The patient's duration of operation and length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions after radiofrequency ablation;
