18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Obtain informed consent 2: Age >=18 years old 3: Upper extremity AVF was performed for the first time 4: The internal fistula operation was the end-to-side anastomosis of the head vein and radial artery of the forearm wrist 5: All were performed by the same surgical team 6: Good cognition, understanding, communication skills and independent exercise 7: Patient and family members cooperate well

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: High/low blood pressure, heart disease, upper limb involuntary movement 2: Upper limb fracture or fracture is not healed 3: Postoperative blood vessel thrombosis, stenosis
