Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to the Neurology Department of Hangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022; 2) Acute ischemic stroke patients within 24 hours of onset; 3) Age over 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete information of blood indicators and cranial imaging; 2) Have a history of immune system and marrow diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, aplastic anemia, myeloma, etc;
