Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Before carrying out any activities related to this study, the written informed consent signed by the legal guardian of the subject and the written informed consent signed by the child subject >= 8 years old must be obtained; 2. The height is lower than the average height of normal healthy children of the same sex, age and race by more than 2 standard deviations, or lower than the third percentile; 3. Family history of short stature: one or more parents and their families are short stature (male < 160cm, female < 150cm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Growth hormone deficiency caused by intracranial tumor, space occupation, craniocerebral trauma or radiation injury; 2, hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis), adrenal diseases; 3. Turner syndrome (TS), trisomy 21 syndrome and other abnormal chromosome numbers; 4. Chronic systemic diseases (such as chronic kidney disease, hematologic diseases, tumors, long-term use of glucocorticoids); 5. Patients and their guardians are unwilling to join clinical researchers.
