Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the relevant clinical diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) and were clearly diagnosed with COPD, as defined by the forced expiratory volume in 1 s, FEV1 / forced vital capacity (FVC)<70%; And diagnosis for 3 months or more. 2. Patients with stable COPD in accordance with the guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) were able to cooperate to complete the trial. 3. Age 40-74 years old, both sexes. 4. Patients could correctly use the wechat software and complete the questionnaire. 5. They volunteered to participate in this study and were willing to provide written informed consent. 6. They had no recent involvement in other intervention trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have mental abnormality, consciousness disorder and so on cannot cooperate. 2. Patients with hearing and vision impairment. 3. No Internet connection after discharge home. 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney function diseases, malignant tumors, active tuberculosis and other patients who cannot cooperate. 5. Combined with neuromuscular diseases, lower extremity joint diseases and other diseases affecting exercise. 6. Those who are in pregnancy or lactation.
