Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients admitted to our department for the first time were diagnosed with stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction), and their condition tended to be stable; 2. The diagnosis was confirmed by brain MRI and CT; 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 4. The patient was conscious (Nihss score < 15) and his family members were able to cooperate with the observation record questionnaire; 5. 3 Did not participate in other clinical studies within a month; 6. No adverse events occurred; 7. Agree to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate with the observation record questionnaire (language or consciousness disorders, severe cognitive or mental disorders, unstable or deteriorating patients); 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4. Patients who do not agree to join this study; 5. Pregnant women, pregnant patients, etc.
