Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II, age 0-12 years, undergoing surgical procedures below the neck under general anesthesia, informed and signed consent for the purpose and content of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: having a central nervous system disorder (including autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, epilepsy, and other congenital psychiatric disorders), having undergone cardiac surgery, not being able to cooperate in completing EEG monitoring, or having poor quality EEG data. Exclusion criteria for patients under 3 years of age: (1) Gestational age less than 32 weeks at birth. (2) Presence of congenital malformations or genetic disorders affecting brain development at birth. (3) Diagnosis of cardiovascular or neurological diseases.
