20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-50 years old; 2. Persistent low back pain for more than 3 months; 3. The patient himself agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute low back pain in the past 1 month; 2. Received medication or physical therapy within the last 3 months; 3. Have a history of spinal surgery or trauma; 4. Symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, radiculopathy, lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis; 5. Suffering from musculoskeletal related diseases; 6. Have infection, tumor or rheumatoid arthritis; Pregnant.
