Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade: I to III; 4.Agree to the test protocol and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 2.Patients who have been taking opioids for a long time; 3.Patients who are unable to complete the Pain Numerical Scale score (NRS) for any reason; 4.Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics; 5.Patients with contraindications to lumboquadratus block;
