18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathologically or clinically diagnosed with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma; (2) Aged 18-75 years; (3) At least one measurable lesion per mRECIST 1.1; (4) Liver function Child-Pugh class A or B [Child-Pugh classification criteria (see Table 1)]; (5) Complete clinical and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) No CT or MRI imaging data before and 1 month after TACE treatment; (2) Cases lost to follow-up within 1 month after TACE treatment; (3) Combined extrahepatic metastasis or other tumors; (4) Severe liver dysfunction, uncorrectable coagulation dysfunction, complete main portal vein tumor thrombosis, significant decrease in peripheral white blood cells and platelets (WBC <3.0×10^9/L, PLT <50×10^9/L) during this treatment; (5) Combined severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
