Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-59 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grades I - ? leIvel; 3. BMI 18.5 - 24 kg/m^2; 4. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia and are expected to be anesthetized for 2 to 4 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a prior history of memory impairment, cognitive impairment, neurological disorder, psychiatric disorder, or traumatic brain injury were clearly diagnosed; 2. Patients who are addicted to drugs or drugs or alcohol; 3. Patients with known or highly suspected intolerance or allergy to one of the narcotic drugs; 4. Patients with visual, hearing, presentation and other disorders that may affect the assessment of memory and cognitive function; 5. Patients who have received other operations or drugs (including but not limited to general anesthesia drugs) that may affect memory or cognition within one month before or one month after the operation; 6. Patients who used hormones or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within one week before surgery or within one month of planned surgery; 7. Patients with preoperative TRT score < 3 or preoperative MES score =<= 5.
