Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing TAVR 2) Age >= 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery 2) Conversion to thoracotomy 3) Second valve implantation 4) Perform PCI at the same time 5) Life expectancy <1 year 6) CT images do not include the abdomen or CT images cannot be obtained 7) Death in hospital 8) Patients and their families give up treatment due to high medical expenses or serious illness. 9) Postoperative follow-up time <1 year
