Interventions

VR Positive Thinking Meditation Group in a Healing Environment:After work, practise mindfulness meditation in a VR rehabilitation environment for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, for a total of 12 sessions, e
control group:After work, engage in seated meditation for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, for a total of 12 sessions, each lasting 10 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain a nursing licence and register; 2. Have more than one year of experience working in an operating theatre; 3. Reaching the fatigue standard, with a score of =1 on the acute fatigue or chronic fatigue subscale of the Occupational Fatigue Recovery Scale (OFER); 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical nurses who are not on duty, such as those who are away for training, on maternity leave, or on sick leave; 2. Engage in non-clinical work in the operating room; 3. Interns, residents, and nurses undergoing further training; 4. Those with no experience using VR, no 3D motion sickness, and no claustrophobia; 5. Those currently taking sleeping pills or other medications that affect mental state.
