Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pathological confirmed colorectal cancer who have undergoing surgical treatment; 2.Fried frailty score>=3; 3.Clear conscious,normal cognitive function and reading ability; 4.Volunteer to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form. 5.Over the age of 18.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Recently received other treatments improve the stage of frailty; 2.Combined with other malignant tumors or end-stage patients; 3.Patients who had used anti-inflammation drugs or had infectious diseases in the week before the investigation; 4.Patients who had previously used immunosuppressants or hormone drugs; 5.Patients participating in GCP clinical trials; 6.The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
