Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma who did not receive preoperative chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of malignant tumors of other organs or serious systemic diseases; Patients with other oral mucosal lesions; Have a history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment; Unable to take care of themselves or without civil capacity; HIV patients.
