Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CID disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5); (2) Symptoms of insomnia lasting more than three months include difficulty falling asleep, not sleeping deeply or waking early; (3) PSQI score >= 7 points; (4) Aged 18-50 years old, and education level >= 9 years (junior high school education level or above); (5) did not take sleeping drugs or other psychotropic drugs within 2 weeks before enrollment; (6) SDS/SAS score = 26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other serious neurological diseases; (2) previous history of other types of sleep disorders; (3) Current use of drugs known to cause insomnia (such as steroids); (4) a history of alcohol addiction and drug abuse; (5) MRI and TMS contraindications.
