Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed diabetes; 2.Selective general surgery(expected surgery time greater than 3 hours); 3.Age over 60 years old; ASA Level III or above; Chronic liver disease (including cirrhosis); Chronic kidney disease; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (Meet one or more of the five conditions);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in the study; 2.Preoperative acute kidney injury or end-stage renal disease (receiving renal replacement therapy, kidney transplantation, or glomerular filtration rate<15ml/min/square meter); 3.Those who are not suitable for acupoint stimulation, such as those who are sensitive to electrical stimulation, those who have pacemakers implanted, and those who have skin infections or damages at the acupoint site;
