Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients who had used glucocorticoids in West China Hospital of Sichuan University between January 2013 and December 2022. Records of at least 2 outpatient and/or inpatient visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with trauma, alcoholism, hereditary coagulation disorders, caisson disease, radiotherapy of the femoral head, non-glucocorticoid treatment of tumors and Gaucher's disease; Patients with joint malformation or osteonecrosis at the time of admission.
