Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent kidney transplantation at The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 2023 to 2024; 2.ASA I-III; 3. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary outcome could not be obtained; 2. Pre-and post-transplant blood samples were not available.
