Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective robotic-assisted laparoscopic urology surgery Trendelenburg position; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Signed informed consent; 4. Operative time>=2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases including but not limited to coronary artery disease, COPD, asthma exacerbation period, etc.; 2. Patients with large pulmonary alveoli/pneumothorax; 3. Patients with previous lung surgery; 4. Intraoperative mid-operative conversion to open abdomen; 5. Intraoperative haemorrhagic shock, anaphylactic reaction, malignant arrhythmia, and other adverse events; 6. Patient refusal to participate in clinical trials.
