Upper cross syndrome

Interventions

NCBE group:The NCBE group adopted neuromuscular combined with biomechanical exercises, which mainly included scapular control training, posture correction training (neuromuscular) and fascia release
BE group:The BE group only took biomechanical exercises, which mainly included fascia release training, stretching training and strength training. The intervention lasted for 8 weeks, with 3 training
the control group:The control group only participated in daily physical exercise for 8 weeks, 3 times a week, 40-60 minutes each time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Secondary school students aged 15-18 years, with a forward head posture angle greater than 45 degrees , a rounded shoulder distance greater than 5.6 cm , mild to moderate pain (VAS score 10-60 mm) , and willingness to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of disease, fractures, surgeries, joint issues, spinal injuries, abnormal BMI, diagnosed muscular pathology, cervical soft tissue fractures, or those unable to attend at least three exercise sessions per week.
