Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 70 years old > = age > =18 years old. 2. Body mass index 18-24 kg/m^2. 3. No history of heart, brain, lung and other systemic diseases. 4. The results of routine physical examination (blood pressure, blood routine, electrocardiogram, cardiac color ultrasound) were normal. 5. There were no positive signs in the general physical examination. 6. No history of smoking. 7. No claustrophobia or other psychological disorders that cannot cooperate with the examination. 8. No contraindications to CCTA examination. 9. No history of medication, especially cardiovascular-related drugs. 10. Informed consent, the subject voluntarily participates in the study, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergic reaction to iodine contrast medium. 2. Renal failure (glomerular filtration rate, GFR 140/90 mmHg or being treated with hypertension medication. 9. Body mass index > 24 kg/m^2 or <18 kg/m^2. 10. Pregnancy or lactation. 11. Athletes and participants in high-intensity physical activities. 12. History of alcoholism. 13. History of smoking.
