Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing TAVR; 2) Age>=65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery; 2) Conversion to thoracotomy; 3) Second valve implantation; 4) Perform PCI at the same time; 5) Life expectancy <1 year; 6) CT images do not include the abdomen or CT images cannot be obtained; 7) Death in hospital; 8) Patients and their families give up treatment due to high medical expenses or serious illness; 9) Postoperative follow-up time <1 year.
